iNTM End User License Agreement

iNTM is a macOS network monitor and app firewall. This agreement describes the license scope, subscription billing, permanent access purchase, restrictions, liability boundaries, and support responsibilities that apply when you use iNTM through the App Store.

• Subscriptions and permanent access are offered through the App Store, and the actual price, currency, and availability are determined by the App Store product page.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless you cancel before the current billing period ends.
• Permanent access is a one-time purchase and doesn’t renew automatically.
• Subscription management, billing, and refund requests are handled by Apple under applicable App Store rules.

Scope and Acceptance

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, purchasing, or continuing to use iNTM, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement and the related Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.

• This agreement applies to iNTM and its related digital entitlements distributed through the App Store.
• If mandatory Apple platform rules conflict with this agreement, the applicable Apple rules control to that extent.

License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your ongoing compliance with this agreement and lawful acquisition of the app or related purchases, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use iNTM within the Apple account and device scope permitted by the App Store.

• You may download and use iNTM on devices associated with your Apple account as permitted by Apple platform rules.
• Without written permission, you may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or use iNTM for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

Subscriptions, Permanent Access, and Billing

iNTM currently offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions, together with a permanent access option through the App Store. Subscription products are provided as Apple auto-renewable subscriptions, while permanent access is offered as a one-time purchase. Availability, taxes, feature scope, and pricing are governed by the App Store listing in your region.

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.
• Permanent access is purchased once and does not renew automatically, but the exact entitlement scope remains subject to the App Store product description.
• Any free trial, discounted pricing, promotional offer, or region-specific price is determined by the App Store and Apple rules in effect at the time.

Subscription Management, Cancellation, and Refunds

Apple manages your billing, renewals, subscription changes, payment methods, and refund workflow. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the App Store or your Apple account subscription settings, and refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

• If you cancel a subscription, access usually continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refund approval, refund scope, and refund timing are determined solely by Apple.
• We can’t directly modify Apple billing records, cancel subscriptions on your behalf, or guarantee refund outcomes beyond Apple policy.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in iNTM, including its code, interface design, text, images, branding, and technical implementation, remain with us or our licensors. This agreement grants only a right to use the app and does not transfer ownership.

Privacy and System Access

iNTM includes network monitoring, connection analysis, and local firewall features. Details about locally processed data, third-party resolver requests, and App Store purchase or subscription status checks are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iNTM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain stability, security, and usability, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every system or network environment.

• To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform restrictions, third-party service changes, App Store policy updates, connectivity failures, compatibility issues, user configuration errors, or force majeure.
• If liability must be imposed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant iNTM product in the most recent transaction.

Changes and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your right to use iNTM where permitted by law if you violate this agreement. We may also update this agreement to reflect legal, product, or platform changes, and the latest version will be published on the official website.

• Your continued use of iNTM after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
