Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information iNTM processes to provide network monitoring and firewall features and how it is protected. We follow a data-minimization approach and process data locally whenever possible.

Information processed on your device

iNTM does not require an account and does not collect identifiers such as name, email, or phone number.

To display traffic statistics and connection lists, the app records network metadata locally (app name/Bundle ID, remote IP/domain, port, protocol, timestamps, and upload/download bytes).

We do not store or upload network content (packet payloads, visited content, or passwords).

To display network status (local IP, gateway, network type, Wi‑Fi signal strength, and MAC address), the app reads network interface information locally and uses it only for on‑device display.

Firewall Feature Privacy

Firewall rules and network filtering are executed locally on your device.

Firewall rules and connection logs are stored locally, and traffic content is not uploaded.

Custom firewall rules are stored only on your device and remain under your control.

Real-time connection monitoring is processed locally and not used for ads or tracking.

Network requests and third-party services

To verify connectivity, iNTM may send lightweight requests to external sites solely to check availability.

To determine your public IP, iNTM may request third-party IP resolution services and includes only necessary request information.

When you use the map/geolocation feature, the app may send the queried IP/domain to third-party GeoIP services for location resolution.

When you configure MaxMind credentials and download the offline database, the app connects to MaxMind's download service.

When secure DNS is enabled, the app may request third-party DoH/DoT resolvers.

These requests are used only for connectivity checks, public IP, geolocation, and secure DNS resolution. They include only the necessary IP/domain or resolver request information and no traffic content.

Authorization Verification

The app may check App Store purchase or subscription status to unlock features.

Only information needed to verify App Store entitlements is processed; it does not include traffic content.

Verification does not collect identifiers such as name or email.

Unlocked features remain available offline; status sync resumes when back online.

How We Use Information

Traffic statistics, connection lists, and rule matching are processed locally on your device.

Geolocation lookups are used only for map visualization and connection distribution.

We do not use data for ads, cross-app tracking, or profiling.

Data Storage and Security

Traffic statistics and connection records are kept only in the app's local sandbox. When you use public-IP or geolocation features, only the IP/domain being queried is sent to the resolver; no connection-content data is included.

The database key is stored in the Keychain; export/import is initiated by you.

No cloud sync is provided.

Your Rights

You can clear statistics and caches in the app at any time.

You can avoid online GeoIP lookups by not using the map/geolocation feature, and you can delete the offline GeoIP database or clear MaxMind credentials.
